The buyer must bear the costs of return shipping. After we have received the return, the buyer will receive a full refund of the purchase price within 7 working days. The customer can test the goods for 30 days without risk. Definition of "testing" e.g. attaching to the shower hose to see if it fits and if necessary briefly inserting attachments without significant signs of wear becoming visible. If the goods have been damaged by the customer, a refund is not possible.
